Description

The D2xB1X05 and D2xB1X10 are high-output Xenon strobe warning light beacons designed for hazardous location fire alarm and general signaling applications. The D2xB1X05 provides a 5 Joule Xenon strobe with a light output of up to 94.78cd, while the D2xB1X10 provides a 10 Joule Xenon strobe with a higher light output of up to 228.8cd.

Both models are globally approved and housed in a robust Type 4/4X, IP66 enclosure, ensuring reliable performance in demanding industrial and hazardous environments. The corrosion-resistant marine grade aluminum die-cast enclosure is treated with protective finishing (phosphated or chromated) and powder coated to provide durability in the harshest conditions.

These devices are globally certified for hazardous locations including ATEX and IECEx Zone 2 & 22, NEC/CEC Class I Division 2 and Class II Division 2, NEC Class I Zone 2 and Zone 22, and CEC Zone 2 & 22 and Class II Division 2.

The 24Vdc versions are UL, cUL, and ULC approved and compliant with UL1638 and CAN/ULC-S526 standards for private mode fire alarm signaling.
